Coronavirus Information for Guests with Existing or New Bookings at All Holiday Parks

Following the latest government guidelines, our holiday parks are currently closed.

We appreciate that this latest restriction will cause a great deal of disappointment. Please rest assured that a member of our team will be in touch with you shortly to discuss your options.

For your piece of mind, all of our new and existing bookings for 2021 are covered by our Book with Confidence Guarantee. This guarantee means that should the Coronavirus interrupt your plans to come and stay with us in any of the following ways, you'll be able to move your holiday to a future date or receive a full refund. 

  • Your holiday Park is closed because of coronavirus and is therefore unable to accommodate you for your confirmed booking
  • Government travel restrictions including local lockdowns are in place on the dates of your booking which affect your home postcode
  • Any member of your party listed on the booking have been told to self-isolate due to coronavirus, or have any Covid-19 symptoms
