| Description | The AEGON Pro-Series Barnstaple is part of the LTA's Pro-Series UK tournaments. In 2010, after only 2 years, the tournament will officially become Britains 4th biggest Womens professional tennis event, sitting behind Wimbledon, Eastbourne and Birmingham. It attracts players from the Sony Ericsson WTA professional tour (wr 50+) to North Devon for 7 days in October each year. A number of these players will also compete in the Grand Slam events at both Senior and Junior level. The APSB is a great place to experience the fast and exciting indoor hard court tennis that is so popular with the players outside the main grass court season. Alongside the Tennis there are a number of additional off-court experiences, from the Highland Spring Interactive KidsZone to full Corporate Hospitality with business networking opportunities, to Tennis breaks with Brend Hotels or beauty treatments with Golds Hair. We also offer Groups a range of Partner activities to fit in with a Tennis break that include: Jonny Kingdoms Exmoor Safari, F1 Karting and Clay shooting mornings with VIP tickets to all the matches. |
