SITE FEES	£1,850.00 (Includes Water, Rates & Insurance) Must be paid by 1st March 2005 before the season starts, or alternatively by Direct Debit (6 equal payments - Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr & May, with no additional interest on interest free option).

ELECTRIC	Electric on meter - to be calculated and paid for at end of season
