Trencreek Farm Country Holiday Park is set on a hillside, there are gentle slopes throughout the park. We have accommodation for everyone from Lodges (some with hot tubs), Caravan Holiday Homes and Bungalows to pitches for Touring Caravans, Motorhomes or Tents. |
One of our Caravan Holiday Homes is a factory built 2 bedroom (Level 2) disabled caravan. Ramp access leads to a fully adapted spacious interior. All rooms are on ground level and are fully accessible for wheelchair users.
All other Caravan Holiday Homes and Lodges on the park are accessible by 3-5 steps all of which have parking alongside the accommodation. For confirmation of amount of steps on your accommodation, please ask the park on booking.
Our Eden Bungalows are built on ground level with one small step for entry. Parking in front or behind the accommodation.
We also offer spacious Touring, Motorhome or Tent pitches in varying positions around the park all with excellent views of either the farm, lake or countryside. Some pitches are further away from our facilities than others, therefore it would be helpful if you could let us know your requirements when making a reservation. All pitches are available with parking alongside.
There is a 10mph speed limit throughout the park and it is possible to use the farm area as a drop off point for convenience, however please be aware that this is not a car park due to the roaming chickens and children.
Our small park shop, which provides all basic goods and camping accessories, is on ground level next to reception (open 8.30am – 5pm) and has one step for entry. When reception is closed the main house is opposite. There is a bell for those who require assistance. There are also park warden’s available and emergency numbers in your Welcome Packs and in the Information Room.

The Takeaway van is accessed from outside Reception on ground level.
The Swimming Pool area is accessed by 4 steps.
Colour schemes throughout all accommodation and park buildings have been designed to provide a good contrast between floors, walls and doorways. The public buildings and park area have signs.
All toilet and shower blocks on the park are on ground level with one small step (lip) for access. The main toilet facilities for disabled users are situated down a gravel path to the ‘Donkey’ field toilet block. Access is signed.
A ramp is available on request for any accommodation not supplied with a ramp as standard. Wheelchairs are not currently available to hire from the park, however we are happy to accept delivery of such provisions on your behalf.
Mobile phone coverage for Vodafone and Orange networks are good in most areas of the park.
There is a bus service that runs from the main road, at the top of the lane twice a day, however we would suggest that a Taxi would be more convenient. The local firm ‘First Choice Executive Travel’ - 01726 67223 and have vehicles that can take collapsible wheelchairs.
Wheelchairs and various other medical equipment can be hired from the British Red Cross in Truro – 01872 267953.
Assistance Dogs are welcome on the park, however we do ask that both Assistance Dogs and dogs staying with families in our caravans reserved for dog owners are exercised in the ‘dog field’ adjacent to the main Touring field.
All managerial staff on the park have attended a Welcome Line course and a Welcome All course in accessibility awareness and are there to help. If you feel you need help at anytime, please request assistance with any member of staff.
