"hiya x .. you might not remember but in 2005 i came on holliday with my family in the caravans and my nan sadly passed away over night un expectedly while i was staying in her caravan and my mums was next door. it was very tragic but i was just like to say a massive thankyou to you in the reception for calling the ambluance during the late hours on the night , there was nothing anyone could have done but i am very thankfull to you , also the shop workers gave me and my brother a free gift of anything form the shop . thankyou so much i will never forget what you did for our family and it would be very nice if you could email me :) .. thanks the raison family ..x "
