We've had holidays at River Valley for over 10 years now, camping in our tent. Then a few years ago when Eileen and Brian took over the site changed, changed for the better. They are a most welcoming couple who are always there to help with anything. The site has improved tremendously too: Newly planted trees, lots of flowers everywhere, lovely. The amenites are kept spotless. We've also stayed in the caravans which we always find well equipt and very clean. Now we've been tempted into a Lodge, so we've booked for next summer. What a great place to holiday!!

It was a lovely accomadation,but make sure you take your bike! very quiet with lovely views.the lodges are very cosy !

Our accommodation was excellent. We had a great holiday at River Valley, we would certainly holiday there more, if only if only it wasn't such a long journey home (Cumbria) - EXCELLENT

We always have a camping holiday. We have a trailer tent. What we like about camping at River Valley is that it is quiet at night and in the early morning. We don't like sites with Club Houses or Swimming pools. River Valley is always kept very clean & tidy and the staff always make you very welcome. We have been camping at River Valley for the last 17 years. We have made lots of friends there who also go every year. We intend to continue as long as we are able to continue camping, so please don't change the park very much!

We love the site as it now is - no bar, club etc. Not too commercial. Thank you once again for a lovely holiday. Our daughter & family have now booked on our say so for September 2004.
